Information about Appointments

We do try to accomodate short notice appointments, but please give us as much notice as possible before the time you would like.

Being on time for your experience is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. Late arrivals will reduce your time and we would like you to have a full experience. Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance of your reservation to allow time for you to complete our simple Pre-Treatment Form and to get you acquainted with your therapist.

ADA

Our facility is ADA compliant. There is a parking space within 10 feet of our front door with direct access to the building. When scheduling an appointment please tell the receptionist. This will allow us to make sure that your experience goes as smooth as possible.

Rescheduling and Cancelations

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, a 72 hour notice is required for any single experience. You may email or call and leave a voicemail of your cancellation. If you have scheduled your appointment within the 72 hours please be considerate as we have scheduled you with one of our highly trained personnel. We try to give you an experience, not a rush in and rush out service.

Pricing

The Massage Palms reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust prices on certain experiences without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please call us at 813-988-7256 or email us at support@themassagepalms.com

Gratuities

Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests and is always appreciated for excellent service. Our Gift Cards do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise.

We process all checks electronically.
Gift Cards are redeemed in person electronically (it is similar to a debit card)

Appointments for Minors

The Massage Palms requires that children under the age of 18 will need a signed waiver and accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian for any service. The Massage Palms reserves the right to refuse a child for any reason. For Colon Hydrotherapy, the individual must be 18 years of age.

Gift Cards

Our Gift Cards are available for any of our services. All gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash value. Gift cards must be presented at time of redemption. You may check your balance anytime right here. Need to Check? CLICK HERE

Important Information

We require that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some of our unique experiences may be contraindicated. Please advise any of our professional staff of any allergies, injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before receiving service.

If you have a Gift Card it will be requested that you provide your gift card number to reserve your appointment.
