The Massage Palms, Inc. uses an electronic gift card program for all its Gift Card/Gift card sales. The plastic electronic gift card with magnetic strip on the back of the card is activated over our special terminal and mailed and/or given out in person. On occasion, we will send an email copy of a gift card by PDF file for cases that needed them fast. We still reserve the right to mail the actual gift card to the confirmed address on the PayPal order in addition to the emailed version and then the actual plastic electronic gift card takes authority.
Most orders that are placed on one of our websites are sent by USPS Priority Mail delivery confirmation receipt and/or Signature Confirmation (orders $250 or above) or Express mail if the situation warrants at The Massage Palms, Inc., discretion. You will receive email confirmation and a tracking number when shipped. We mail out all orders if you ordered electronically for documentation and processing purposes. We now have a second option in processing gift card(s). (You can email us at www.massageandgifts.com website and request that we also send a paper printable gift certificate in PDF format to your email and/or the gift recipient’s email for quick delivery to the purchaser and/or gift recipient.) This process protects the buyer, seller and the gift card recipient and makes sure the gift card(s) and/or services and/or products are received in a timely manner so there is no confusion later.
Any one order, to one confirmed PayPal address location, shipping cost of $6.00 is added to your total individual order if ordered on themassagepalms or massagepalms.com because you are buying a dollar amount, not a particular service on the gift card. If you purchase at our other website, massageandgifts.com, you will be charged $6 per item selected in the store. A confirmed address with PayPal is the address on file with your Credit/Debit Card Company or Bank and can only be changed by your financial institution.
LypossageTM and other package services.
All package services must be used in a certain timeframe as directed by the Company in order to give a trademarked service and/or a detox program and/or a colon hydrotherapy program. LypossageTM is a 6 week program, 20 visit protocol. Zone 3 LypossageTM package is the one included in the BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTION at half price. Zone 1 and 2 are still at normal price. All three Zones of LypossageTM will be double value on CYBER MONDAY November 29th, 2010. Other detox programs may be added to LypossageTm program at additional costs. Any LypossageTM treatment package bought has to only be used for LypossageTM treatment program. In other words, you can't use any value left on the LypossageTM treatment program gift card for any other massage services whatsoever. Once an LypossageTM package is started, the treatment protocol is 3 treatments per week for 6 weeks with no exceptions. Colon Hydrotherapy, sauna, foot detox, sound therapy, and other massage services are not included in the LypossageTM program. Before and After pictures, measurements, and weight will be taken and recorded.
Gift Card(s) and/or special coupons/Yearly Programs, and Redemption Policy
All gift card sales, redemptions, and all discrepancies are decided by and at Company discretion. All Gift Certificate and/or Gift Card redemption must be disclosed with setting and/or scheduleling an appointment with the proper notice as described herein. Gift Card(s) may be purchased on Pay Pal, in the office, picked up in the office when you buy them in person by advance notice to have an office person available to you, and/or will be mailed to the person that placed the order at the PayPal confirmed address. We can also ship to other locations you state in addition to the confirmed address by purchasing extra shipping for $6.00 to each separate location. Extra shipping PayPal buttons are on www.massageandgifts.com website in the right hand column.
All gift card redemptions are not accepted or scheduled knowingly on, but not limited to, Sundays, late nights after 7pm, early mornings before 10am, after hours, Holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, Valentines Day, New Years Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th and there is a black out period Starting from December 20th, 2010 and ending on January 3rd, 2011 due to the holidays and staffing. Valentines Day and the weekend before and after Valentines Day are also included in the “not accepted” time frames due to volume unless the special gift card is only bought for a specific time and date in advance with Company approval and the particular gift card and/or gift certificate is specifically identified. All gift card(s) and coupons will be serviced from 10am until 7pm Monday through Friday by advance appointment as identified in these disclaimers herein; (Last appointment at 7:00pm for Gift Card(s) and/or special coupon redemptions), and Noon on Saturdays by appointment (Gift Card/Card redemption on Saturday will be scheduled starting at noon or the next available appointment from the start time of noon and/or whichever is earlier). At this time, we do not redeem gift cards on Sundays. The physical paper copy of the gift certificate, and/or Special Coupon, and/or electronic gift card that was issued by The Massage Palms, Inc., and www.themassagepalms.com, has to be presented for service in person at the time of the appointment with a state issued picture ID. The gift card number on the back of the card will be checked against our sold database for security. Only One Discount or coupon program can be used at any one redemption and/or massage visit at the Company and specials cannot be stacked to get more and more of a discount. All discounts and promotions are based on the current posted prices on our websites that are still active, current, and owned by The Massage Palms, Inc.
Two weeks notice recommended. All redemptions will be scheduled to fit our therapist’s schedules, existing client load, and other factors at The Massage Palms, Inc., and www.themassagepalms.com, and Massageandgifts.com's discretion on a case-by-case basis. We recommend at least 14 days (two weeks) prior gift card and/or special promo coupon reservation notices to get the time and date you want. A particular male or female therapist usually is not offered or guaranteed with Gift Card/Gift Card redemption unless you are willing to pay extra $30 cash per person, per therapist, for the session you have with the therapist you requested. When scheduling, re-scheduling, or canceling an appointment, please email your gift card and/or gift card 16 digit number (on the back of the card), reason, and all other details including your contact telephone numbers, by using our email Form at www.massageandgifts.com.
A valid ID such as a state issued driver’s license with picture has to be presented to redeem the gift card at any future visit along with any associated client intake forms that must be fully completed to Company satisfaction. You must be 18 years old to participate in this promotion, and/or receive any service at Company. Gift Cards given to minors will not be processed and/or serviced, even with guardian approval. Telephone Orders
Orders for gift card(s) and appointment reservations may be accepted by telephone. The requirement is that you email us your authorization to charge your credit/debit card account depending on your order at our discretion. Orders will be processed when we receive the correct documentation. The appointment line will help you, but does not take the place of emailing us with your final authorization.

Black Friday
This is a special 4 hour promotion only on Black Friday.
It is a limited 4 hour long promotion that starts on Friday Morning, November 26th, 2010. The time frame is 6am until 10am. We go by the date on your order online and/or the date on the credit card or debit card receipt. Company reserves the right to refuse an order at Company discretion. Every order will be doubled and only one gift card will be issued per order per person. For example, if you want 3 gift cards that would be 3 separate orders. Any one order, to one confirmed PayPal address location, shipping cost of $6.00 is added to your total individual order if ordered on themassagepalms or massagepalms.com because you are buying a dollar amount, not a particular service on the gift card. LypossageTM and other package services.

A log sheet will log the gift card number, date, amount, phone number of the purchaser, gift card amount/service, and who bought the gift card on file for future use by the Company. A valid ID such as a state issued driver’s license with picture has to be presented to redeem the gift card at any future visit along with any associated client intake forms. Original Purchaser may be called and/or contacted at Company discretion. You must be 18 years old to participate in this promotion. Some health conditions may not be able to receive service and may need a physician’s prescription. Colon Hydrotherapy may require a prescription and consultation that are extra charges. The rates for a colon Hydrotherapy treatment without buying a package are $100 for the standard treatment and $120 for the Ultimate Colon treatment. Package prices are $250 for the Standard Colonic Package and $300 for the ULTIMATE PACKAGE. Each package contains 3 colonics to be used in a 14 day period. Returning colonic visits may receive a more discounted rate based on a case by case basis. Gift Cards given to minors will not be processed and/or serviced for any reason. Since our Black Friday Promotion is a double value special, specific gender therapists can’t be requested when redeeming the gift cards and colon hydrotherapy services can only be used on gift cards sold during the Black Friday Promotion only with the Colon Hydrotherapists consultation and authorization after the consultation. There may be a charge of appointment fees just for the consultation without the colonic being given. Purchases of gift cards during the Black Friday Promotion will be mailed out physically to your confirmed address and/or may be purchased in person in the office during the promotion. Phone orders are not accepted for Black Friday and/or CYBER MONDAY sales. Just internet and in person.
Colon Hydrotherapy is a stand alone treatment program and has to have the approval of the colon hydrotherapist to use a gift card for payment. If Colon Hydrotherapy is not given, other services may be used with the gift card after the deduction of the consultation time. Consultation fees are determined by the Company and solely at Company discretion and are based on the individual client’s needs and time involved. Detox programs may be purchased, but the Colon Hydrotherapy treatment would have to be purchased separately and not used on the gift card unless approved by the Colon Hydrotherapist. Appointment(s) must be set in advance with all Gift Card redemptions and same day, weekend, and nighttime appointments are not guaranteed and/or may not be provided unless a 72 hour notice has been given and not changed and/or cancelled 72 hours prior to the appointment. If appointments are scheduled with a gift card, and there is a no show and/or the appointment was cancelled without a 72 hour notice as contained elsewhere in these disclaimers herein, the retail posted dollar amount of the service will be electronically deducted from the Gift card balance. It is the intent of the Company to require a 72 hour cancellation and/or appointment time change for all appointments including Black Friday Promotion Gift Card Sales, even if the appointment was set within the 72 hour time frame. The 72 hours start being calculated after the appointment is set and inures to Company benefit.
While it is understandable that you might be running late to your scheduled appointment, time in your appointment starts at your pre-scheduled time regardless of the reason(s) you missed, cancelled, no showed, or was late for your appointment.

Any Sexual action and/or any violation of Florida Laws, statutes, code, and ordinances, by a client, new, returning, and/or gift card redemption, will not be tolerated and contact with that client will end and client asked to leave. Any Balance left on a gift card will be voided electronically, no matter how much balance it was previously, to a zero balance and that particular client will not be allowed to return to Company. Smoking is not allowed in the facility and during your treatment at the Company at the front or back of Company building. Any coolers and/or any items brought in to the Company facility will need to be cleared before you bring them in and may not be allowed at Company option.
Regular Purchases, Subscriptions, Therapist Listing Service, Outcall Massages, Agreements, and Transactions:
All couples packages are charged a 15% gratuity in addition to the Listed posted price, even if redeeming a gift card. No refunds on any purchase, transaction, Gift Card, Gift Card, Therapist Listing Service, or gift card(s), Outcall massages, Special Promo Coupons, and any service that The Massage Palms, Inc, offers, and all are Non-Refundable and Non-Cancelable because you ordered a service. On the rare occasion a refund is issued, a restocking and service fee to be determined by The Massage Palms’ discretion is deducted from the original order amount and a check will be mailed to the same addresses as the billing address on the original order, all at Company discretion. This process may take up to 60 days depending on the circumstances.
